Your pup must be between 8-12 weeks of age in week one of the program.

The Puppy Parenting Program is an 8 week puppy school.

If you are unable to attend you are more than welcome to have someone else bring your pup for you that week, however even if neither yourself or your pup can attend, we provide  booklets each week containing all the information we have covered which will be posted to you in the event that you cannot attend a week.

You only need to make a deposit of $150.00  to secure your place in the Puppy Parenting Program, however the full fee for the course does need to be settled one week out from the start of the program. 

We understand that sometimes situations change and you may need to withdraw from the program. As long as you withdraw more than one week before the start of the program you will receive a full refund of the deposit and any further payments that have been made towards the program. 

If you withdraw within a week before the beginning of the program you forfeit the deposit of $150.00 however will receive a refund for any further payments that have been made.

If you withdraw during the program you will receive a partial refund of the total amount minus the $150.00 deposit for week one and minus an additional $85 for each week completed after week one.
